DoMiProt is the first dedicated database for donkey milk proteins. Based on currently published literature information, it collects and annotates protein information in donkey milk.
This database aims to address the lack of a centralized and reliable resource for researchers and industry professionals working on donkey milk proteomics. DoMiProt ensures data accuracy through rigorous manual annotation of all entries.
Study and dataset totals count only structured provenance links in the current release. Records under identifier-mapping review are not counted early.
