The DoMiProt team comprises researchers specializing in food science. Our core mission is to deepen the academic community's understanding and research of donkey milk proteins, establish a professional donkey milk protein database characterized by both reliability and user-friendliness, provide efficient scientific research data support for researchers in relevant fields, and thereby promote cutting-edge exploration and innovative development in the field of donkey milk proteins.
MoHan Li
Dr. Mohan Li is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor, who was a National Funded Joint Ph.D. Fellow at the National University of Singapore and a Postdoctoral Fellow (Joint Training) at the State Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology (Bright Dairy) affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University; he also serves as Associate Editor of International Journal of Dairy Technology (IF 4.40) and Editorial Board Member of Current Opinion in Food Science (IF 9.90), Journal of Future Foods (IF 5.20) and other journals.

Xiqing Yue, Ph.D., Professor, and Ph.D. advisor. Director of the Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory of Agricultural Product Processing Safety and Risk Assessment; Chief Expert of the Liaoning Provincial Innovation Team for Dairy Product Processing and Utilization; and Member of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League.
