Batch download protein data, manage your protein cart, or convert protein IDs between different database formats.
Enter protein IDs (one per line) in any supported format — DoMiProt ID, UniProt Accession, UniProt ID,
or NCBI Accession. The system will automatically detect and convert them to fetch protein data.

Proteins you added from the Detail page are stored here. Select fields and download them in batch. After
downloading, the current batch will be cleared and a new batch begins. Downloaded history is retained
for 30 days.

Protein Cart Guide
- Browse any protein on the Browse page and click to view its Detail page.
- On the Detail page, click the "Add to Cart" button to save the protein to your cart.
- Come back to this page, select the fields you want, and click "Download Current Batch".
- After downloading, the current batch is moved to Download History and a new batch begins.
- Download history is retained for 30 days, then automatically cleared.
- You can delete individual proteins from the cart, or clear the entire batch.
